I'd like to thank brother Sami from 7 Continents Travel Limited for arranging an amazing Umrah package for my family.
He was patient, polite and professional through numerous liaisons trying to get us the best deal on a limited budget. The hotel in Makkah (Emaar Grand Hotel) was a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Harram. Classed as a 3 star hotel but was as good as the 5 star hotel we ended up staying in at madinah and others abroad.
Sami could not do enough for us.
He even surprised us with a free upgrade from a Hotel which was located a 15 minute walk away from Masjid Al Nabawi to a hotel directly opposite the harram (Anwar al Madinah Mövenpick).
The communications with the transfers company went smoothly without any glitches. Drivers were well mannered and helpful.
Sami/7 Continents Travel Limited will be the 1st company I will check for future pilgrimages and air travel insha allah.

Thank you so much for organising my Istanbul, Turkey Holiday. An amazing country and history which I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing. Great customer service from Shahzad who listened to my requirements and ticked every box. Sadly, my only upset was not being given the upgrade room promised by the male receptionist at the hotel and also his refusal to provide a socket adapter to me. What’s his problem? However, a female receptionist did provide the adapter to me later to his annoyance it seems. Have already and will be recommending 7 Continents to friends and family.

Alhumdollilah just got back from umrah which was booked via 7 continental travel and all my family request was handled by ehsaan. We were a large family (24 ppl) brother ehsaan managed the entire package which included flights, hotel, transfer, ziyarrah and breakfast etc....

This was all done to a very high standard and value for money, everything went smoothly with no hiccups. The entire group was so pleased as it was a amazing visit to the holy lands, I highly recommend anyone to use 7 continentals and ask for ehsaan

Alhumdulilah, brother SOHAIB booked our Umrah package for us last 10 night of Ramadan this year. Subhan’Allah he made the trip very easy for us in terms of hotel distance to both haram sharifs.
Plus transfers from airport to hotel and ziarat Makka and Modina.
Both hotels he booked for us were in excellent location and only 3 minute walk from both mosques. Even Ziyarat in both Makkah and Madinah were arranged by him in a luxury 7 seater car for four people. Our entire journey went smoothly as according to his promise. Before and after making payment he was always available to answer any of our questions via call or text and we received a very quick response to all of our queries. He went above and beyond to ensure that we have a comfortable and easy journey. I have already recommended 2 other families to use his service. Brother Ehsaan was very helpful throughout our whole time through our first Umrah trip with me and family. Gave us a very good deal and was always there when we needed to ask anything. Alhumdullilah he gave us a good deal with the hotels and even managed to get a Kaaba View. Our hotel was located in clock tower and Al Haram was a 2 mins walk. Everything was located nearby, so there was also easy accessibility to everything. Would definitely recommend him and inshAllah would go through with him again.

Masha Allah I am very grateful to brother Ehsaan, he gave me the confidence to go ahead and book the last 10 nights of ramadan. Everything from tickets, to Visa and hotels was all taken care by him. The hotel was 5 to 10 minutes walk from Haram both makka and medina. When I got to makka I was well looked after by Mr Atif with the connection of brother Ehsaan. Jazakalla khair for the unforgettable journey. My me and my children loved and enjoyed a lot.
