Avoid if you can.

Honestly, renting through this agency has been one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. I really wish I’d gone with someone else. I know letting agents don’t have the best reputation in general, but this one has made life unnecessarily stressful.

When I brought up concerns about emails being ignored and issues not being dealt with, I was just told “we’re busy” — no apology, no care. It just feels like they don’t want to help. If you have another option, I’d recommend taking it.

If you’re looking to advertise your room, sale or rental with this agent I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

The tone I was met with as a perspective tenant was uninterested and extremely unhelpful. I was met with ‘we don’t do viewings outside of our working hours’ (for a house share aimed at professionals - this is ridiculous) ‘We don’t do email confirmations’ - a basic service everyone nowadays provides.

If you want a service you won’t receive it from these useless agents.

We viewed a property, put forward an offer. After 2 week I emailed , no response. Waited a few days and emailed again, the response was “email guy he is dealing with it”. I emailed guy and had no response. The property is now showing as let agreed and Guy hasn’t even replied to let us know the property is gone. I wouldn’t use these to rent any property as they are very ignorant.

Really quick and easy to talk to. Any questions or queries, they are quick to answer and always friendly. Can’t complain with the service I have received over the 2 years of being with them.

This is, without a doubt, the worst real estate agency I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude their phone representative was. The person who answered seemed to have zero knowledge of basic real estate information and seemed completely uninterested in helping with my questions. Every response was met with an annoyed, impatient tone, as if I was wasting his time just for calling.

Not only was he unhelpful, but he was also outright disrespectful. I was spoken to as though I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer, with short, dismissive answers that barely addressed anything I was asking. The sheer rudeness and lack of basic manners left me stunned.

If you’re looking for any kind of competent service, avoid this agency at all costs. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t even a minor priority for them. I would give zero stars if I could.

Wish I could give a zero star. Booked for a viewing, got no email to serve as a proof or a reminder, called today to find out about exact time and there was no records to confirm the time . Got to the apartment and there was a guy waiting. He tried opening the door but was blocked by a simple curtain. Tell me why this man decided not to proceed with the viewing because he didn’t want to destroy anything. Mind you, this viewing was booked in advance. Picked an uber in and out, which the agent saw. Awful experience!

I've phoned R&W Lettings several times, only to reach their answering machine. I've left a message but nobody has got back to me.

I finally managed to get through to someone who informed me that "nobody is in the office, but if you leave your details then someone will get back to you today" - nobody bothered to do so.

I was phoning to try to arrange a viewing for a property that the person on the phone informed me was still available. It seems a very strange business model to seemingly have no interest in returning calls to potential tenants and I can only wonder at how good their support for existing customers is
