Insurance easy enough to get but be aware of the cancellation policy I sold my caravan 6 month into the year and expected a small refund but the £50 cancellation fee made sure that didn't happen.

Never had to claim over the numerous years I’ve insured with frank pickles so cannot comment on that however a £50 cancellation fee is extremely excessive. A figure half that would be fairer and in line with other insurance providers. Would not use frank pickles again because of this.

Tried to sign up for an insurance quote and found the website is totally useless for the job, unable to type in retired and spent minutes searching on the stupid pick list only to discover the same problem was with another pick list!
Eventually gave up and decided to go with someone else!

I'm a new customer..not being the sharpest pencil in the case I made an error on my policy..I phoned the office to explain and the lady Maureen who dealt with my call was so professional .polite..and understanding and had me sorted In minutes..a real credit to the business..Thank you Maureen..

Stayed with them for another year. Many people state it is difficult to make a review if a claim has not been made. We recently had an incident with our caravan, luckily we did not have to claim however Frank Pickles answered the phone, provided advice and supported. We have now renewed with them due to the support we have received. I would recommend.

Moved home due to a posting with the military and had to change where our caravan was stored. This company refused to insure our caravan at the new storage site, told us we would have to cancel and charged us £50 for the privilege. Have had quotes from multiple firms who have agreed to insure at this site (which I hasten to add is a reputable firm with 40 years experience storing caravans)
Have just seen multiple reviews on trust pilot relating to unfair cancellation fees. I wish I had stayed away from this company.
