To the person or persons on the St Ann's trip on Friday the 14th June.
Why did you deliberately pick up the bag on our seat and not hand it to the driver? which any trustworthy person would have done.
Inside that bag was a valuable item, given to me by my wife, which you've either kept or sold.
You're obviously a thief, with no consideration
for other people's property.
This was reported to the police and I wish your face would have shown up on the cctv.
Whilst Elite do not hold responsibility for any items left on their coaches, it's unprofessional for them to have cctv footage on a modern coach that's grainy and cannot be seen, as we was informed of this by one of Elites staff as we enquired about the cctv outcome.
The police would have had proof of you, had Elite had proper clear footage.
Some good memories with Elite over the past 16 years, but having to chase our enquiry up ourselves and only receiving one phone call back wasn't professional either.

Fantastic driving yesterday (09/10) morning by one of your drivers.
Registration "SIL 1893"
Nearly caused 3 car accident on A34. Tailgating driver in lane 2 then cutting into lane 1 and forcing car in that lane to slam on.
Credit to the driver though he did use the roundabout slingshot technique to save 10 seconds. Bravo

Like many others, if I could have given zero stars I would have. I started using the school bus service in 2021 and have been really shocked at the lack of care and consideration shown for children and parents in delivery of this service. They are constantly in breach of contract, making decisions for the good of the company finances rather than children's safety or well-being. Drivers using foul language, bullying behaviour from children on the buses that isn’t dealt with properly and changing timetables and stops on a whim that means children are delivered to school late. I can see reviews from four years ago that say the same. They won’t change and don’t care about improving as they have the monopoly on school transport and parents like us don’t have other options so are forced to use them. Please do consider carefully before using this company, protect your sanity and well-being and AVOID them. I wish I had considered these reviews before signing a contract for services.

Terrible driving from their coach driver this morning blocking the ‘keep clear’ junction on Gatley Road before Kingsway. Absolute no regard for other drivers or the Highway Code. Rather than apologise, the driver laughed and started to sarcastically wave. All schools and parents should avoid this company!

Awful company and dangerous drivers. I was it by one of their coaches reg S1L1893. After initially stopping, the driver waited until I was walking over to the coach before driving away at a stupid speed down Shay Lane in Hale Barns. Elite now trying to dispute it with my insurance, so not only are the drivers dangerous, the company is dishonest too.
