We used Emmas Travel to get to and from Birmingham airport. There was 9 of us 5 adults and 4 kids with car seats and 9 suitcases. Our driver Luke was brillient and took good care of us. he was prompt, curtious and very helpfull. They kept the car seats and had them installed when Luke came to collect us a 4am in the morning to take us home. Great service, great price. We will definatly use them again in the future.

Booked a twelve seater to East Midlands airport, prompt service with great customer service. Also very impressed they knew beforehand the motorway was shut and that the A50 was queuing so did a slight detour to ensure we arrived with plenty of time and no delays. Used Emma’s taxi to take & pick us up from East Midlands, very pleased with the rate & excellent , effective service. I liked the fact they made contact prior to picking you up on both journeys. The driver ( man with the cap) was really friendly and a very safe driver. I would highly recommend this service.

Use at your own risk!

Having used Emma’s Travel with no issue 2yrs ago, we decided to use them again in June 2019. The trip to the airport didn’t begin well, the taxi driver (and i believe he is the owner too) was arrogant and condescending from the first moment, attempting to belittle us by correcting the name of where we were going which rubbed us up the wrong way. Secondly, another instance of frankly, quite poor customer service was his short, sharp answers regarding the car seats. We were never advised during booking to mark the seats with anything so frantically did this before we left but when we asked what information we needed to leave, his reply was a sarcastic comment along the lines of “your name and address, what do you think”. As we arrived at BHX, he explained that they would monitor the flights so regardless of it coming in early or late, they’d be waiting down the road and ready to pull into the airport car park, but not too early due to the costs of staying over 10minutes. He also explained to meet at the large floodlight in the event of our phones not having battery.

However, this wasn’t were the problems arose. On our return flight, we landed 20mins early at 3am and I received a text on landing saying;

Hi we can see you're coming down early
Your return transport is on it's way
Call us on this number
When you have all your luggage and

our driver will tell you when to proceed to the pickup point

Due to issues at the airport with oversized baggage, it took us just over an hour until we had all of our belongings which was when we called the number and he said he was still 20minutes away even though it takes 45min from Leicester to BHX and they were allegedly on their way. When he eventually arrived, the taxi was full so it was clear there was another pick up organised and this was in fact the reason that they were late. He then tried to blame it on our flight being late despite it landing early and him txting us that! There were so many holes in his reasoning and his tone was rude and aggresive. Whilst I accept it’s a business and other bookings will be made, don’t do it at the expense of other paying customers. When we pointed this out, he said “I’ll tell you what, how about i’ll give you your £95 back and you can make your own way home”, to a group containing 3 children under 4 at 4.20am.

I’d be very careful about using this company, whilst their prices are very competitive, the standard of service and attitude from the owner is disgraceful.

Safe to say, we won’t ever be using them again.

Organised Taxi pick on the 7th Dec 2019, picked up on time went to Groby and parked outside the wrong COOP, he new then which one it was and seemed to drive Irratically speeding and jammed his breaks on when he didnt see speed bumps, while scrapping into parked cars and carried on driving, didnt stop.
The bloke that picked us up for the return journey was really polite and drove properly could of done with him driving us there. The driver on way there was arrogant no courtesy towards customers.
