Today 02/04/2024 I steeped inside this agency to ask if they have anything available! One of those ladies told me that they don’t have all my documents and therefore I need to give them all the documents required! While waiting I been approached by an other “ lady “ probably polish in a very arrogant and racist way!

The worse job agency i have ever came across…
I did apply on mid February and now is almost mid April..
I have been offered to work only two-three times and that was only for 3 days job.
If you looking to find a full time job this is not the agency you should look for, just waste of time with them. You will just get messages “what’s your availability for next week” and then you reply and that’s it, no response back and same thing the next week again and again.
Staff is so rude and very unprofessional with the way they talk to you. They see you as in need and talk to you like you are worth nothing.

Egoistic and rude employee, went in to professional floor and without getting to knowing my profile the idiot just pointed me to go upstairs as if all brown people here just want to be drivers and kitchen cleaners, best part he himself is brown (bit ironic init). But other staff did end up helping me so thats a positive.

Encore is a reliable agency. My experience with them has been very positive. Unlike many other employment agencies, Encore staff are very accessible via phone, always keen to help. Encore usually has lots of jobs around Leicester, pays promptly, and the staff try their best to send employees to the right job for them. I recommend them.

The worst experience I ever had with recruitment agency, I was at work first day on time trying my best for 8 hours and they paid me only for 4 hours of work just because I didn’t want to come to work the next day. At the same time I could’ve work only 4 hours instead of 8 hours, shocking! On top of that company paid the agency 8 hours of my work but half the agency took to own pocket. It’s just forcing people to come to work and earning free money if people don’t like the job. I don’t recommend this agency to anybody.

Had a very good experience with Encore recruitment agency working for them for summers form 2017-19. Can be very flexible and offers the ability to work whenever you like for whatever industry you would like.

In addition to this they were very responsive when I contacted them about needing a professional reference and were able to help me right away.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to find work especially if they need to very quickly.
