I had a wonderful stay at Parmars accommodation! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. What really made the experience outstanding were the two amazing ladies on staff. Their customer care was exceptional, they were always friendly, approachable, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Communication was clear and effective throughout my stay, which made things so much easier.

They truly made me feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. The accommodation itself was well-maintained, with all the essentials provided, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

I highly recommend Parmars accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant, well-managed place with excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst service, unethical behaviour, money minded, Dishonest people.
Stay away from their apartment, flats any real estate service.
They definitely will grab your deposit with illogical and untrue claims.
During the tenancy period they dont respond to your basic request of maintenance. They tie-up with some other agency at the check-in only but no service at check-out.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM this Parmar estate company.

Worst accommodation I’ve stayed in during the past 3 years of uni.
When I moved in, the room was dirty with dead flies on the window shelf, the fire alarm was broken, and the toilet had several defects. The kitchen was also in shambles, and my heater didn’t work at the start. On top of that, I was paying an additional £30 every week for electricity, as it was on a top-up system rather than all-inclusive like most other student accommodations.

At the end of my stay, they only returned 10% of my deposit, charging me for things like cleaning and broken items that were already in that condition when I moved in. Customer service was atrocious, and the owner had a temper.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for students. Avoid them at all costs.

I couldn’t recommend this accomodation more ! I stayed at Castle House. If i ever needed help with anything, the team were always quick to respond and assist me with any maintenance needed. Got my full deposit back and couldn’t be happier! stayed there for 2 years 🙂

I lived there for 1 hf years while i was staying in UK for my studies. The place is very affordable and close to every essential needs. The think I love about it is it's very close to railway station and all the food restaurants are near by.
