Not a great estate agent, BEWARE, tried to con us out of the agreed commercial space after we signed the contract then inadvertently forced us into agreeing to it. No support for landlord related issues in the premises. The owner of the business is okay but the staff members (Greg) is just an annoyance to deal with. Check your contract carefully and take caution!

Worst experience I’ve had with an estate agent, booked in for a viewing I had to google the address on arrival I was a street away and Greg left without giving me the right address and left me waiting for 30 mins. He proceeded to be extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up on me. Avoid Greg and avoid this estate agent!

Would give them zero if possible, un-ethical and totally unprofessional agency. Don’t embark in business with them as they will try and hide the truth and scam you out of money at any chance. Underhand and the most corrupt people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Avoid at all costs!!!!

If you rent a property with this agent, expect a disaster. Me and my partner moved into a rented flat during spring months, aside from the fact they let us move in with NOT ONE working smoke alarm in the flat after a couple of months the bedroom walls were completely infested with fungi and mold from ceiling to floor, despite us ensuring proper ventilation and investing in a dehumidifier and cleaning the walls with bleach twice a week it grew back within a day, I informed the estate agent countless times and we had no response by email and we was fobbed off when we rang, I told them I had a heart problem and a hygenic environment was essential but we was still told they was too busy, yet when our rent was a day late due to a bank problem somehow they conveniently managed to find the time to immediately ring us regarding that. After two year of trying to get them to do something and even offering to contribute to the cost ourselves, we had to leave for the sake of our wellbeing, I became too sick to keep up with cleaning the walls on a daily basis, and I reported the property to environmental health, if you decide to rent with this place, you better hope that nothing goes wrong with the property because if it does dangerous or not, it will NEVER get sorted.
