OPINIONS

With 84 reviews on Google My Business, St Margaret's has received an average rating of 3 out of 5 stars. Some users appreciate its convenient location and accessibility features, but others have expressed concerns about the limited available parking spaces for short-term drop-offs.

One common sentiment is the need for a designated drop-off zone, as the single available space is frequently occupied by drivers staying longer than the 10-minute limit. This has led to confusion and frustration for those looking to make quick drop-offs without incurring parking fines. In contrast to the double red lines that indicate no stopping, some have questioned whether there are alternative solutions, such as paying for short-term parking or incurring a fine, which may not be ideal.

While St Margaret's offers essential transportation services and accessible facilities, the lack of a clear drop-off area remains a point of contention for some users. The station's management may consider implementing a more accommodating solution to address these concerns and enhance the overall user experience.

Want to drop off someone but only 2spaces available with a stay of 10min... obviously a bit unpractical to make a drop off to happen for others.
All double red line where you can't even stop, but obviously not respected, as per pic👍.
Any idea where people should just stop 5min to drop someone off and just go?
Pay for a car park? Pay a fine?

Closed at night. Don't run night buses if you can't be bothered to keep the bus station open.

A lovely lady at the desk helped me when i had missed my coach, she helped me so much with my journey when i wasn’t able to switch my coach ticket. The act of kindness brought me to tears as i didn’t know people could be so helpful. Thank you very much.

Although it is newly renovated which is lovely, I asked the guy at the help desk on where my flix bus left from as I’d never been before and it doesn’t have clear signs as where everything is. The man showed me so much attitude saying it is clearly stated on my ticket, and then went on to say it’s in the bottom right hand corner, in the smallest writing ever, also bare in mind I had a quick scan barcode in my email so there was no need to even open my ticket. He clearly is miserable and I’m sorry that I asked him to do his job.

The asian woman in the coffee shop was so rude to me when my card got declined because of black friday (services on card down due to). She had to remind me too that she had to throw the coffee away. Laughable.

Furthermore, the coach station is poorly organised compared to other cities'. No communication whatsoever from staff. They look to avoid you. They dont even announce coaches on the tannoy. Or if they do, it's done in a very unclear and unprofessional manner.

Coach drivers always brilliant though and on time. Always a pleasant drive too.

Staff in the coach station part need investigating and an overhaul.

Lots of buses lines and options.
If you are taking a bus during night, it is closed. So you’ll stay outside in the cold. Don’t know what is the schedule.
