Extremely unprofessional experience with Innes England. I had a property viewing scheduled today, only to receive a call an hour before the appointment informing me that the landlord had decided to keep the property for himself. This last-minute cancellation wasted my time and showed a complete lack of professionalism. If they had better communication with landlords, situations like this could be avoided. I would not deal with this agency again.

I have been working very closely with Joe Reilly (Leicester office) and Sam Hall (Nottingham office) for the last 9 months on a disposal process of closed locations. I have to say their professionalism and knowledge of the property market is fantastic. In a challenging market place they have a proactive approach and have managed to assist in locations we thought would prove extremely difficult to remove from our estate. While we still have locations that need to be disposed of I have to say with these two on the team I have no doubt they will successfully help us achieve our goal.

Absolute incompetence. We gave instructions for a valuation report for a commercial property in Leicester. Instructions given 6th Feb 2023 and report promised by end of month. Director, Rahul Saini came down to site on 14th Feb. On 28th Feb (when final report was meant to be delivered!!), Rahul asks to come down again to take measurements he should have taken at first visit. Then promised report by 6th March. still nothing. so we complained and CC'd his boss. Rahul then says he won't do the report. We have lost over a month of valuable time due to this gross incompetence. We will pursue formal complaint through RICS.
