Absolutely fabulous driver. I was stressed up after a hectic day and she was really friendly throughout the journey. Given that I hadn't eaten anything all day and have health conditions, she kindly offered me a banana. Renewed my faith in mankind. Please do pass on my thanks to her.

The driver didn’t appear to know local knowledge. Possibly because English is not his native tongue. After some time spent, he was able to understand my wish to go to the hospital. This didn’t affect the time for my attention as he had arrived early.

The taxi arrived 25 mins late. The driver told me from the beginning we would miss the coach I was due to take from Leicester to Leeds. However, the coach was delayed and I was the last to board. The driver had done his best and we arrived 10 mins after the coach was scheduled to leave. It was not his fault that he collected me so late, but that of the firm that managed the pick up. Card payment not an option. And booking the cab over the phone was by an automated system. A bad experience, full of anxiety.

Marooned after an accident and facing a long wait for the RAC to arrive, the insurance company paid for a taxi to take my disabled wife home straight away. Your driver was brilliant, chatting to my wife on the 40 minute drive home and then carefully helping her into the house at the end of the journey. She finds negotiating the front steps very hard but the driver was an invaluable help. Bless him. The only regret is that my wife had no money on her to give him the tip he deserved. Hopefully he'll be repaid for his kindness in some other yet unexpected way. Perhaps he should buy a lottery ticket this week!

arrived 15 mins after i was told. very good driver .made good time . for future reference id rather be told that a taxi will arrive in 30 mins & it arrives 15 mins early than the other way around. i dont like the Automatic answer machine and was pleased to be transferred to a pleasant human
