Things I enjoyed the most:

-Excellent location
-Very spacious.
-Well equipped .
-Clean and well maintained.
-Wifi was excellent.
-A lot of cleaning tools and products
- Friendly meeting and much appreciated flexibility; our early check in was accommodated easily.
-Although there is no reception but owner was very approachable and always checking that the stay was progressing well.

We booked the Leicester Serviced Apartments through a reputable hotel website. It is advertised as 24 check in with on site multilingual staff and bar/lounge. We arrived to Leicester at about 1.15 and so rang the number listed to see if we could check in early. We were informed that we couldn't check in until 2pm. Fine! No problem - we said we would have lunch. We received a call at about 2pm to tell us that he was waiting for us and where were we - we informed him that we were having lunch - not aware at all that we were expected to meet someone at 2pm. We were told that if we left him waiting much longer it would incur an extra charge. I can only assume that this was to line the pockets of the man we were speaking to because there is no where on the website for this accommodation that this is mentioned. We informed the "gentleman" that we were leaving the restaurant and would be there in a few minutes. It took us five minutes to get to the building and then about another ten minutes to locate an entrance - as there is no signage at all. It is just a residential apartment block. We then received a text informing us that it was now our turn to wait that he had gone into town for food! ||Now, if the website (both the booking website and the actual website for Leicester Serviced Apartments) had informed us that we had to make a meeting point we would have of course been happy to comply - but instead there is no information at all. ||Payment was taken from my account - after the first phone call. I rang the booking site to inform them that we would like to cancel our booking - knowing we would lose our money - because the "gentleman" from the Leicester Serviced Apartments was so rude and intimidating. ||This was horrific treatment. The information given about this place is completely inaccurate. The host is rude and very very hostile. We were happy to take a financial hit if it meant not being beholden to him. ||Leicester Serviced Apartments - you need to sort your communication out. The information on your website and the information your offer to booking website is incorrect and your staff are horrific.

Nice apartment had all the amenities we required, but one of the chairs was sticky and the water had been turned off.

Bit tricky to get in (we needed to ring them in the end) but a lovely room inside. Kitted out with coffee and ice too!
