When I first moved here, I was warmly welcomed—the staff were always friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to talk to. From quick chats when collecting my parcels to the support I’ve received throughout my stay, I’ve genuinely appreciated everything.

I’ve learned a lot and made great memories during my time at Grosvenor House and Opal, and I would highly recommend them to any student staying in Leicester.

Had a great stay it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The manager, Ahmed, was amazing, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. He really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a 5-star stay!

My experience has been positive so far. The staff are amazing. The room is neat and clean, everything works nicely. Thanks to everyone at Grosvenor House.

Update on that: everything works perfectly. Whenever there is a tiny problem, it gets fixed quite fast. I’m very happy with my stay here that I rebooked for next year as well. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time. All of them.

My experience so far at this accommodation has been more than satisfactory. The staff members I’ve met (Aggy, Kriss and Mo) are very friendly and welcoming and are very diligent. Any problem I have and enquire with them is sorted out the same day and collecting parcels is never a problem. Security is also very helpful in the out of hours office times. If I wasn’t in my final year I would definitely be rebooking!
