Flight from Gatwick to Madrid should not be called business class its just another name for economy as you get 1 choice meal, sharing the 3 seats , just the middle is empty and the person in front can still lay in your lap.
Flight from Madrid to Havana yes this was business class and it was good.
coming back flight delayed and missing what we payed for - missing the vip lounge due to the last flights delays cost us having the chance to visit the lounge for a decent meal before going on the cheeper vision on business class - sharing the seats again , 1 option meal - raw fish awful. who eats this in the morning
missing SUITCASE no help DAY 2 and still waiting for my case this is the worst experience I have had with an airline.
will not be travelling with them again.
