We said goodbye to our beautiful boy this week. I can’t thank Springfield Farm enough for making the most heartbreaking day so peaceful for our precious dog and ourselves. The service was outstanding from my first phone call right up to the return of his ashes. I felt and believe that everybody I dealt with truly cared. Riley’s passing was peaceful and Jack, the vet, put us completely at ease with his compassion. There was no rushing, it all happened when we felt ready. The collection of his body was dealt with respectfully and his ashes were returned promptly in a beautiful bluebell scatter tube. I am heartbroken at our loss, but extremely grateful that we had him in our lives for 14 years and so thankful to Springfield Farm for making his passing easier to bear.

We can’t thank Springfield Farm enough when our little dog Mia died. They were so sympathetic, kind and understanding and obviously real animal lovers
Mia was collected and her ashes returned 2 days later. We were pleased that we found Springfield Farm through social media, it made our loss easier to bear knowing that she was treated with such compassion.

During the hardest time of being a pet owner everyone at Springfield were amazing. From Jack the vet who attended and reassured us and our fur baby Bandit every step of the way to James who attend afterwards I can't thank them enough. Your care and compassion was unbelievable. We said goodby to our precious boy Clyde last week. Having to make one of the hardest decisions ever to let our old boy go we chose for a home PTS with our Vet and contacted Springfield Farm Pet Cremation. From the first phone call to the return of our beloved boys ashes the service and compassion by everyone we spoke to was outstanding. I ordered one of the Dog figurines for his ashes and It was on a 4 - 5 day order. Clyde went to sleep for the very last time at 2.50pm on Wednesday the 20.08.25 and was returned to us by 11.30am on the 22..08.25 . I was over the moon to have him back home with us so quickly and cannot thank you guys enough. His urn is absolulutley stunning and is in pride of place in his favourite room , where he could see everything that was going on. Miss you buddy xxx

Fantastic service. Made a very sad and stressful time so much easier. Lost our girl Faith on 12.5.25 and was able to collect her ashes on 14.5.25. Lots of thought has gone into the service provided and we have beautiful momentoes of our gorgeous girl. Would highly recommend Springfield farm pet cremation

We are so devastated with the loss of our lovely Millie. We had to have her put to sleep last week 14/3/2025 by the vet. Was told by the vet they would keep her there until the following Friday when the cremation people they use would collect her. Was told they would then bring her ashes back to the vets and we could then collect her. This didn’t sit right with us and so two family friend’s recommended Springfield Farm. I rang Springfield Farm the day after Millie had passed and spoke to Alex who put my mind at ease and told me they would collect Millie from the vets and bring her back to the farm where they would look after her and we could go and see her before her cremation. Have spoken to Alex, Peter and James throughout and they did just that and collected Millie and told me when they had her so I knew she was in safe hands. We also arranged when we could go and see her and again all lovely and accommodating and so nice how we could see her in the farewell room to say our goodbyes. We saw our lovely lady and we were so appreciative of how the Springfield farm team made us feel in our grief and how they had made our last moments with Millie so precious. Two days later she was brought back home and we will scatter her precious ashes in the garden where she loved so much x x Thank you so much for helping us and being so thoughtful and lovely throughout this really sad time xx
