Best agency I've ever been with, every single person working there (Glossop) have been nothing but good to me and helped me when needed and even after working hours have gone to worlds end to help me out with anything I've needed, mainly meg and John have worked with me and I can't thank them enough they've been great, they got me work instantly as soon as I registered with them and one workplace let me down by keeping me till the end of probation period and for no fault of my own they didn't want me to go back and after working hours the same day they managed to get me an interview the day after at another place where I'm now having my first day and this one suits me much better, I can't thank the team enough but if your thinking of an agency to go to for work I highly recommend kpj (Glossop)

Okay, So I'm going to leave a review of two stars only because I do genuinely feel let down and a little bit used by yourselves. This is a little out of character for me but I do need to get this off my chest.
I have only recently been "handed over" to the company and given a contact which I'm more than happy with them all being such a great team to work with but at the start I had raised a few concerns that made me feel uncomfortable and I had been reassured that if there was another available position for a different job I would be first come first served but this wasn't the case, I had tried chasing up my rep and every time someone else would answer the phone with me leaving a message which again I was reassured they would get back to me. With working a 5 day a week job it's not like I've got much time to keep chasing up on someone who should be getting back to me even after receiving multiple messages.
Luckily I've settled within my new place of work and I'm very happy with the efforts it's taken with me to get where I am now but lack of communication I have received, now feeling like I've got false reassurance and with no discussion of being "handed over" to the company I am now at without asking if I'm okay with it just makes me left feeling like I'm property or an item.
I only heard from yourselves within the first 2 weeks asking "how are you settling in" the moment the concerns were brought up it's like everything was brushed under the rug and ignored until the 3 months was up.

My little rant over and In the famous words of Forrest Gump "that's all I've got to say about that"
