My daughter has been at Gymforce now for around 3 years, she really enjoys it and has improved her gymnastics technique at the same time. All the coaches are brilliant with the kids and they hold regular in house competitions for the kids to gain competition experience and confidence.

Lottie has been at gym force a year and has literally gone from ‘strength to strength’. She has learnt so many new skills and makes progress all the time as well as a sense of belonging and friendships/social that has been amazing for her self esteem! She loves her time at gym force and looks forward to every session 🙂

My son attends the boys recreational class and loves it and has come on so much not just in gymnastics but also listening and following instructions. My daughter is also in 2 piece she loves gymforce, it was the best move for us. She has progressed lots and is always filled with confidence and encouragement.
