We have used Adaptable Travel for our excursions abroad to Krakow and to Munich in recent years and as a result of the impeccable customer service I have recommended them to a number of History colleagues in other schools.
The organisation, support and professionalism is second to none and although excursions with students can be stressful for school staff, this was diminished significantly through the brilliance of Andrea and Catherine. In my experience during both trips the communication was instant and that is so reassuring as a trip lead. We will be using Adaptable Travel more and more in the years to come as through their educational packages the students develop such an in-depth understanding of the topics and GCSE specifications. At every stage of the process, your company was clear, helpful and easy to work with.

From the late changes we made to names, through our panics about having to book separate flights to every single element in Rome running like clockwork, we were really impressed.

Such a fabulous, friendly travel company - no query was ever too small, and they were always super fast to respond to anything we asked of them. The tour for our school was planned carefully, and the itinerary was updated as necessary, so that we always knew where we needed to be and at what time. Our group only returned 3 days ago after a hugely successful trip, and we've already booked again for next year. Highly recommend!

This was the second year in a row booking a school trip for 60 year 9's with Adaptable Travel and it was excellent again. All of my requests and questions got answered promptly and the communication between us meant I was always kept in the loop. As a result the trip ran smoothly. Highlights were Mrs Doubtfire at the theatre and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tour was next level. I would highly recommend Adaptable Travel and will be using them again.

I have had an extremely positive experience working with Adaptable Travel who helped organise my school trip to Madrid in February 2024. They came back almost instantly with a no-obligation quote and did not hassle me with constant reminders. Both Holly and Debbie were very helpful and friendly and communication was frequent. All vouchers and tickets were sent in advance and the Vamoos app was handy for having everything digital. The trip couldn't have gone any more smoothly - the pupils and teachers had a ball. I have used Adaptable travel for two years for trips to Barcelona and Paris and I have found the customer service incredible. Catherine and Debbie have supported us through the whole process, both trips have gone exactly as planned, and the suggestions for accommodation and activities have been excellent every time.
