We loved it in the park today. It was clean, tidy and play area was great and everything was in working order.
We found the Secret garden which is beautiful and kept well.
Ice cream van came too, tennis courts looked fantastic and there was ample parking.
It is a lovely and very vast space for everyone to have a walk through.

Dog friendly park, plenty of space to run. Playground and skate park, also tennis courts. The hall is very run down and unused which is a shame, with a sunken garden which needs some attention. There is also a stream running through it which the dogs love. Like most council run parks nowadays it needs some money injecting into it. It has two car parks

Torkington park has a lot of ground to walk the dog and a great play area for kids. The best and largest in and around in Hazel Grove, including a skate area. Really recommend it.

Its an okay place to visit. The play area itself is a little small, but has some fun things to play with. The obvious attraction here is the rainbow 👌 There is also a big slide that the only way to get to it is to climb the spider web, not suitable for younger kids, but when kids see something they want to go on, and can't, it can make things interesting. I ended up climbing the web and lifting the little one up.

Large park with a tennis and bowls space. Children's play area is present with a few exercise features for parents! Lots of cute dogs and a lovely stream to walk past, plus a lot of places to sit. some lovely fat little squirrels!

Quite a small park, great if you're local! My son spent a bit of time playing on the playground otherwise I don't think we'd have been there too long as there isn't really any walks etc. The playground is quite small but it is cute. The only complaint I'd say is there's a huge slide there that's only accessible by a spider's web climbing frame so it's impossible for quite young children.. would be nice if they had a ladder etc as an alternative. Love the rainbow!
