This is my third time booking with this branch, and I have to say that Melvin really knows how to support his customers.
His service is above and beyond anything I have seen with any other Enterprise branch, and I highly recommend this branch because of his level of service!

Booked a car for 4 days online which was super easy. The car was all ready and very clean in collection. The chap I dealt with was very polite and friendly and all in all was very easy and hassle free. They even dropped me back to a local garage to collect my own personal car after I’d returned their car.

So it was unfortunate but my personal vehicle was written off on the 22/02/24. My insurance company put me onto this company to handle my hire vehicle while all the usual stuff was getting sorted out behind the scenes. Cut a very long story short(as they were this good) I had my hired vehicle the following day so on the 23/2/24 but that’s only because of me leaving it a day late nothing to do with enterprise or my insurer. I first dealt with a very professional gentleman by the name of Dan he made the paperwork process seamless. Brilliant customer service he has, very helpful. It was a brand new Vauxhall and I didn’t want to give it back when it was time as it was great driving that lovely vehicle. On the day I returned it I showed up with my five year old son and obviously had a car seat with me so catching the bus would have been a right pain. Anyway kindly enough his colleague Matt asked where I lived and I said literally 15 minutes drive from the enterprise Haywards Heath branch. He said if you can give me five minutes I will have no problem dropping you and your son back home which I thought was really great as I did have my son with me and a car chair. If you read any negative reviews about the Haywards Heath branch I can tell you it’s just from unappreciative individuals(grumps). These two guys Dan and Matt made life very easy for me so thanks again Haywards Heath enterprise and mainly a huge thanks to Dan and Matt! Very professional service.

Just returned a hire car this afternoon which was arranged through my insurance company. A warning to all those thinking of using / dealing with the Haywards Heath branch. The staff member whom I dealt with was totally incompetent and unprofessional.
At the time of picking up the car I purchased additional insurance and was told that this was a one time purchase and no further charges would be applicable.

Between the time of returning the vehicle I contacted them on five separate occasions to advise them of the need to extend the loan period and of an accident that had occurred whilst the car was parked up in a car park. I requested to supply the third parties details and was told each time that a claim form would be sent via e-mail - nothing.

Upon returning the vehicle I was told that I had to pay a further cost for the insurance due the extended loan period. This was not advised in any of the previous communications regardless of me asking if their were any additional charges as a result of the extensions.

When I refused to pay this I was told that I would have to pay for the damage to the vehicle even though a claim would be made from the other parties insurance company.

They deducted this amount from debit card held on their system automatically even though I protested.

WRONG WRONG WRONG.
Be wary of their tactics….
