A big Thank You to James and all the staff in the Lettings department at the Haywards Heath Office. The process of letting out my cottage went smoothly from start to finish. James took the time to listen and understand who would be a good fit for the property. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. The communication was excellent, any questions I had were replied to quickly and the team worked well together, all making me feel like they were on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting it right. Having previously used two other Agents in town I can without hesitation say they were by far and away the most professional and I would definitely recommend them. I have had the honour of Jamie Cooksley marketing a property for my family. He was my first point of contact and from the outset he was professional, compassionate, understanding and extremely personable (our mum had recently died and it was her home that was being sold so it was an emotional time). Our experience with Hamptons (letting) has been exceptional and we have moved five times in ten years. The team is professional and friendly and will go out of their way to advise and serve the customer, which, of your tenants, may not always be the norm. Communication was through phone, what’s app, e-mail and face to face, depending on what needed to done, signed or arranged. Paperwork was easy to complete through digital links and advice was on hand regarding (new) regulations. The team was honest and forthright, thinking with us in our decision making. Overall, very pleasant and professional experience.
