Claim sent to them by Caravan & Motorhome Club on 7/9. Chased up by them on 16/9, still no response. I emailed them on 18/9, received confirmation of email. No further contact. They don’t take phone calls, and don’t get back to you.

Went through 2 virtual supervised antigen tests no problem, got the certificates in a timely matter and all that, but when it came to the at-home PCR test, I mailed it off and never heard anything back.
I registered the test on the website beforehand so all should have been good. I honestly have no clue what happened, but it was a very expensive test and to see it come to literally nothing is depressing. I feel scammed.

Business is booming, I understand that growth pains are associated however note than 72 hours on chat to resolve a basic error from Collinson is such a waste.
A very simple process becomes stymied when it's not possible to communicate effectively.

Drive through covid test in 3 hours for £100.. the problem is in a car parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Cab is a must and it will cost you £45 to take you there from the terminal, drive through the test and drives you back...rip off...money grab.

2 PCR tests both failed to meet the publicised time scales, as per the previous comments customer service is an absolute joke Whatsapp chat fails to answer for hours and then you get Robotic answers that are incorrect Chatbot would be better, its only when you get through to someone in the office after an hour on hold you get any satisfaction, having taken 2 tests abroad Collinson look inferior by far, on this experience look for alternatives.
