Worst experience ever had with a taxi company! Made a booking over the phone on 17th June 2024 for a collection from Gatwick Airport to Grays for 6th July at 2am. Even messaged the taxi driver direct with all flight details, times etc… we land in Gatwick after a relaxing holiday only to receive stress that the taxi driver was (Apparently) in Stansted… and said he’ll be another 40/50mins. Not good enough. Use an Uber plenty of cars as the driver wasn’t bothered.

Booked taxi night before Saturday 10th and they failed to turned up. Rang to have another taxi and was told 10mins. After 3 phone calls to find out where it was (operator said it should have been there) 25 mins later he turned up, moaned about the post code we gave him, just made it to our event.

Most unprofessional and worst taxi experience ever I must admit. Driver was driving at top speed whilst it was raining. Even after telling him multiple times to slow down because my whole family was beginning to panic, he just waved his hand to dismiss our complaints. To make matters worse, he came out at dropped off our bags on the rainy floor after we had told him to wait for us to get a trolley to put them on.

Every time I call to book a cab in advance they as where to and then say they don't have any available at that time and day! This has now happened 5 times anf the law of odds says they should have had a car free at least one of those times! It would seem that my bread and butter booking into town isn't good enough for them! That's ok had they of taken me they would have got my airport run too. WONT EVER call them again
