Booked a holiday to Sicily for 10 days with Emma ❤️

Amazing is all I can say , a volcano erupted 1 days before our flight, emma was there to find everything our for us. Everything was fine & we enjoyed are amazing holiday for 10 days in the most gorgeous hotel. Amazing services & emma the owner goes above and beyond.

We will now be using Emma all the time blissful escape is the new future ❤️

Emma was absolutely brilliant in arranging our recent trip to Barbados. We had a few issues (nothing to do with Emma) and Emma was on to them like a flash to sort out even when we were there. Constant communication throughout the whole process. A brilliant luxury travel agent and I now feel like we have our very own Travel PA and won’t have to worry about dealing with rude customer service teams again or waiting for answers/arrangements.

Emma is so friendly my wife came through to living room one afternoon and said ‘who were you chatting and laughing with there for the last 40 minutes”
it was just me and Emma chatting about holidays and places I said haha!
