I have rented through Gatehouse for nearly 10 years and they have been nothing but amazing! They respond so quickly to emails and any problems are sorted ASAP, often the very next day! Any repairs are done to the highest standard. All the checks are done when they are needed (boiler, carbon monoxide alarms etc.)
I never felt like just another tenant when in communication with Helen and the team, it felt like they really cared and went above and beyond.
I have not had a bad experience with Gatehouse in the nearly 10 years I lived in the property and would recommend them to anyone.
