I was employed at Ava Travel for three months, and my experience was extremely negative. I strongly advise against accepting a position with this company under any circumstances, as they are quick to terminate employees for minor infractions. The management, including Kevin, Jason, and the owner with his wife, tends to assign trivial tasks while making grand promises that they fail to fulfill, showing little regard for their staff. Additionally, they have yet to issue my P45, despite being able to do so immediately, and instead, they offer only excuses for the delay. Furthermore, they unlawfully deduct money from wages and pay employees minimum wage despite claims of offering £14 per hour. I have consulted with ACAS and will pursue further action, including a tribunal, if this situation is not rectified.

Just had a fantastic trip overland to Norway. What an adventure. Had excellent hotels for the whole holiday and the food was fab. Dave and Jimmy were out drivers and they were both professional but fun. I think all the passengers agreed it was one smashing tour. Thanks guys.I recommend this holiday and Ava Travel ...5*

Just got back from day trip to Skipton and Hawes. Alan our driver was lovely and really made the journey enjoyable. It would have been better if the trip was just Skipton as we could have had a better look round without rushing. Most places in Hawes were closed when we got there. The trip was very enjoyable and the coach was very clean and comfortable.

We went to Scarborough 15th September. Driver Chris brilliant as always. He held 2 quiz evening great fun. The hotel was 2 star but should definitely have been 5.Food excellent as was the service.Best hotel been to with AVA. Day trips well organised coaches very clean and comfortable.

This was our first coach trip and we were very impressed.
Our driver Chris was superb and the coach clean and comfortable.
We had additional visits to places not on the itinerary which was a pleasant surprise.
We will certainly choose Ava again.

Just returned from our Norway Experience tour. There was so much to enjoy about this trip, the whole thing was wonderful. Top marks for the drivers Dave and Jimmy, nothing was to much trouble and all done with grace and humour, will certainly look to travel with Ava again..Roger and Dorothy..

Fab holiday travelling with my husband, we had lots of experiences and opportunities to stop and explore, take lots of photos and have refreshments. Andy our driver was very helpful, calm when faced with closed roads and traffic problems. He ensured we had our itinerary for each day which was displayed in writing at the hotel reception.
Our destinations were beautiful, we enjoyed the views, chocolate tasting and wine tastings, great fun. Our comfort was in Andy’s thoughts and stops were made as necessary.
The only negative was the evening meals at Feldkirch Hotel which lacked imagination.
I would travel with AVA again and also recommend them to my family and friends

Amazing holidays and amazing day trips!.. wouldn't be disappointed ? plus drivers are very friendly ?
