UPDATE 11 months in !!!

I wanted to provide an update almost a year after purchase and just over 5000 miles in. I can't overstate how good this car has been so another BIG thankyou to AKI Motors.....

Best vehicle purchase I have made, I have done many worry free trips in all kinds of conditions and it has never let me down....so nice to have a vehicle you can rely on.

Joe is a real credit to the company, he was extremely friendly and helpful which was a welcome relief after a bad experience with another company. I left with the car an hour after arriving, smooth painless process

The Audi A3 I bought was spotless for the age, better than described and I scoured hundreds of adverts before choosing AKI after checking out reviews and the car details

My experience with Aki Motors was really good. We were searching for a van for months and we found the perfect van with them. Paulo was really supportive, when we send a mechanic to review the van before the purchase, the communication with him was really good and informed us of every step, even took time to send videos to show what has been done to sell the van in the very best conditions, always giving advise and listen to our requests. We ask for a renewed MOT, to exchange a tyre and fix a faulty door and everything was done in no time. Makes a difference when the seller is willing to do things right, and that was the case. I really recommend this company if you ever think of buying a car/van. He is reliable, professional and very thorough.

Well bought a van, tyres were all knackered, but the dealer did give me 4 new ones to fit, then injector packed up,which they also fixed, 4 months in and now gearbox is faulty,starter motor has issues,horns packed up and Aircon no longer works.warranty yes, but omg what a nightmare,no one will take the work on, so not really worth the paper it's written on. Oh and oil leak from sump, which I was told had been fixed, well it wasn't fixed and still drops out oil, something else to add to my list of failures. And looks like I will have to pay for it all myself. Just get your vehicle properly checked over before buying. lesson learnt.
Yes you offered to take the van back, and your charges for doing so we're ridiculous, admin fees, and a charge per mile, most of which was done taking the van back and forth trying to get it useable. as for the warranty I'm still trying to find a garage that will do the required work, all decline even some on your list of repairers, yes it's an older van, but still it should be in a reasonable and useable condition.....oh and after 6 months of ownership, we have just discovered the gear box isnt fitted correctly either, infact it wasnt even bolted together properly!

stay well clear, chap sells scrap vehicles, with lots of issues, oh and leaves bad reviews on my business page, sad little man.
