one of their taxi drivers made inappropriate remarks to my 14 Yr old daughter and even asked if he could be her boyfriend after she stated her age to him 3 times! (he was aged mid 50's to mid 60's)
myself and the police have spoken with the taxi service about this man and they have chosen to shrug it off as the driver was off duty at the time!
I SHALL be taking things further and will happily name the driver if not acted upon as he is a danger and I've been informed by the police this is not the first police incident regarding inappropriate behaviour towards females!
Ace taxis also chose to block me rather than respond to my Facebook message when I informed them of the incident

To the driver of the ACE silver Skoda estate car registration D4 NNC. On Burford Hill earlier this afternoon, you performed a very fast U turn at the entrance to Swan Lane and disappeared at great speed up the hill. In the process you narrowly missed hitting my dog who was being walked on his lead beside me as I crossed Swan Lane. Please drive more considerately and safely in future.

Worst cab company in the Cotswolds.
Arrives for the pick up but then leaves before finding the customers. Not great.
For the pre booked return journey they just don't bother turning up, leaving us stranded at 1am in the middle of nowhere.
Annoyed to have to leave one star. Avoid Ace Taxis at all costs.
