I engaged Olive Tree to provide care for an elderly relative at short notice. This was acceptably carried out. However, their administration is not good and its not possible to manage them in relation to invoicing and contracts. Their charges are quite high and they do also charge for travelling.

I’ve had things broken and not replaced by them never stay for the amount of time they are supposed to always turns up late and they also don’t get back to you always when you complain would highly not recommend using there services
