Awful customer service, takes advantage of customers, rip off.

First, I made a booking on their website & received no confirmation after 24 hours. I then called them to confirm and the taxi driver told me it would cost £30 to drive me 9 mins. Outrageous!! I assume he heard my accent and assumed I was visiting from abroad, thankfully I am not and know better! Found a better taxi service that charged only £13 for the same journey.

Pre booked this taxi and they ended up picking up other passengers as they didn’t ask for the name of the booking. When we called the operator, he hung up on us twice saying the driver should be here, mumbling and swearing and being unprofessional and then the third time when we called to explain the driver still hasn’t come, he yelled at us and tried to make excuses and was extremely unprofessional. Never had been spoken like that by a taxi company especially after leaving people stranded somewhere for half an hour. This company is very unreliable and unprofessional and wouldn’t trust getting in the car so please go with a different company.

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life! We pre ordered a taxi, called 3 times to eventually be told someone else took our taxi because the driver did not ask the name, and refused to get us another driver. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone, audibly sighing when we asked for another taxi as if it’s not his job? Please don’t use this company. Horrible man.

You have to pre pay and it's incredibly over priced. £50 for a 15 minute journey. We specifically booked for 4 people and they sent out a Grande Punto hatch back. They also have double booked pre bookings and so left people waiting for the taxi to complete drop off to come back again. I'd say it's one step away from being a con in all honesty.

Wanted to charge me £70 for a journey of 11 miles. Really guys? I wonder why I declined.
Edit: 5.45pm booking & 6miles from your base. No issues with paying a small premium- but not being ripped off. No call out fee was ever mentioned either!

Booked the taxi using their on line system got confirmation email but the taxi never turned up. When I contacted the company I was told that he wasn’t about to provide the service and that the online system wasn’t working and it’s got to be taken down. That didn’t help me when I am trying to get my elderly father to his urgent medical appointment. Avoid don’t use this company following on from my review I received an email I would have replied directly however you are right I did call this morning giving 2 hours notice thought that this would be sufficient time I received the confirmation booking and when it says call me it is not clear that you have to call to confirm the booking I would suggest you altering your automated message to say this is a provisional booking please call to confirm the booking then send a confirmation email I would also suggest updating your website so that it’s clear that you don’t do local journeys. Due to the booked taxi not turning up my father missed his urgent medical appointment this wasn’t acceptable. I feel my review is factual so I will not be removing it and I see now that there are similar reviews having the similar experience as I.

Fantastic service. Was a very busy Friday night and could not get a taxi in Witney at all. Was a bit worried as cold temperatures and had work Christmas Party.

Called up Flybywings, they sorted a taxi from our Witney B&B to Oxford Witney Hotel for my work Christmas do very quickly. Good price. They even remained flexible and i was able to text them when we needed picking up. Orginally scheduled for 10
45am but party went on longer. They came at an altered time of midnight. Impressive taxi service thank you. Highly recommended.

Worst service ever. We pre-ordered a taxi to be picked up from the station. We waited half an hour and called customer service at least four times to confirm where our taxi was, but the person on the phone just kept swearing. Please do not use this taxi service.
