Booked a taxi last night from Crawley to Leafield, price quoted was £20 which I thought was excessive but agreed the price, I then called back to say there was six people instead of two, the guy I spoke said no problem as the vehicle that was coming was big enough.
We got to the destination and was charged £25 and he told me this was the price agreed, which was total lies.
Booked a return for 11pm then received a txt message to say the return fare is £35 because the rate changes at 11pm so told him to pick us up at 10pm.
The original charge was excessive but to be blatantly ripped off is a disgrace.
Will never use this company again, LIARS and THIEVES!!! DO NOT USE..better, fairer, more competitive company’s out there…..

I booked last year and kept changing the pick up time and then called whilst I was out saying he would collect now, and hour earlier than booked, so cancelled and had to make last minute arrangements. Friend booked two taxis from
Oxford last night for 10.30, didn’t turn up or show up and then text suggesting we just get a taxi from Oxford it will be cheaper. Just takes bookings and does not honour booking times or bookings at all, clearly sees what is better on the night and just does what he wants. If you want a taxi to collect when they say they are going to would NOT recommend

Also after my last review I got texts telling me I won't get a taxi anymore and that he's going to share my number and get me banned from other taxi services

Judging by their response to my original review the group:

-will always think any problem is caused by the customer
- will charge the customer more whenever there is a problem
- have terrible customer service
- will reply quickly to bad reviews to objectively and with bad spelling tell the customer they are the reason for any below par service.

Money scrounging. Took us to the wrong place then charged us to take us to the right place which we booked all along. £35 for a 10 minute journey. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Do not use if you are going to an important event! The driver took us to the wrong venue and although it was not his fault as he was told a different venue by the person we booked with his attitude was appalling. I was left stood outside in the pouring rain because they took us to a different venue to what we stated for a wedding and then attempted to charge us extra. The driver didn’t apologise once and simply shrugged his shoulders when I told him I wouldn’t be giving him anymore money. Unfortunately one of our group paid them this extra money but I wasn’t prepared to and I would never use this taxi firm again.

Worst taxi service! Don't rely on them it will cancel your trip at the moment of pickup. Second bad experience with them. Avoid!
