Terrible service on the number 200,

The driver didn't know how to issue different tickets as he hadn't had much training at all I'm thinking, The service was 39 minutes late arriving into Manchester Airport Bus Station, When waiting for the bus at the viewing park to return to the bus station, He arrived over 20 minutes late again, So i gave up until the next run, I was going to go to the bus stop 10 minutes after he was due then he left 8 minutes early.... Most unreliable service i have ever witnessed.
