This is the first time I used Thien ha travel agents for Chinese visas and tickets, and I can say I received excellent service, the staff was really helpful when they found out I needed visas urgently due to grandad dying and got me what I needed very quickly. Thank you. I highly recommend them.

It was my first visit to this travel agency which provides visa for Viet Nam too. The place itself is not bad and located on the Deptford High Street. The staff are very friendly and co-operative and that is the only thing good about it. I applied for the 5 year Visa and bought tickets of them around 22 Feb. I thought my passport will be sent to Vietnamese Embassy in London but instead it was posted to Viet Nam WITHOUT my knowledge. Secondly the visa had arrived with in 14 days, as we were told it can take up to 4 weeks so we waited, my wife decided to call and check of any news of the visa process on the 16 March and shocked to hear that they received it around 4 March, Agency called us and left a voice mail only and did not bother to send an email or try contacting again or try my number which they had on the system. My wife's Grand mum died on 15 March if we knew that we got the visa we could have made it for her funeral and we told lady at the agency that it is urgent.
All these blunders and not an apology when they were told what we missed.

Worst place staff don't know anything, what kind of travel agents don't take card, and my parents which was in there late 70s 80s felt like they was scam , until they ask for there money back
