We had a fantastic trip with Amy down the estuary to Instow. Very skilled and knowledgeable about paddling a SUP, knowing the tides and weather for the perfect trip! Can’t wait for the next tour!!

We had a great lesson with Amy. There were 5 of us of differing abilities and Amy worked with us individually & as a group and gave us plenty of tips including the J stroke. The river was beautiful even if the tide and wind were against us! We absolutely loved the water polo and we hope to see you again soon if we didn’t put you off with our competitive nature!

As first time nervous paddle boarders it was a pleasure having our lesson from Amy.
The instruction and equipment were first rate.
The location is easy to get to and you can park really close to the water which is ideal should you fall in the water and need a dry towel.. all in all a fantastic morning on the water with Amy.. .

We had so much fun learning to SUP surf with Amy. Amy is a great coach, seemingly small bits of advice had a massive impact on our technique, and we even managed to catch a few waves on the second lesson.
Booking through email was really easy, and Amy was really flexible with the lessons arround the tide and weather.
Would really recommend some lessons, but warn that it's really addictive!

Fantastic family fun! Our kids are aged 9 and 11 and they absolutely loved learning to paddle board with Amy. She is warm, kind, reassuring, fun and clearly very expert. And the river made for a more relaxed change of pace to the beach-based activities. Highly recommend, if you’re looking for a water-based activity in the Bideford area of north Devon.

This was my third trip out with Amy on the paddleboard and once again had a fantastic afternoon. Amy is really knowledgeable but also makes the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
