Terrible service - Do not use GetAFlight!!
I booked a flight, which they took payment and sent a confirmation for. They then cancelled the booking with no reason given. Their contact us page is broken, and I was hung up on when I tried to call. Left with no flights and no explanation at all! STAY AWAY!! I will be seeking a refund with my bank.

I read some bad reviews about this organisation after already booking my flight with them, which had me quite concerned. They didn't provide me with all of the necessary information I needed for my flight reservation, which meant that I had to get this directly from the airline. The customer service I received on the phone was not up to scratch, and the "Contact Us" page on the company website is broken. I won't be using their services again, and for those considering doing so I recommend looking elsewhere.

If you can see this: DO NOT USE GETAFLIGHT. Terrible experience! I have filed a formal complaint with the regulatory body against them. GetAFlight put me on the wrong flight for which I booked and paid for. I never recovered all of the money I lost from them. They were extremely unhelpful in trying to resolve the matter, and shockingly rude by hanging up on me when I called to speak with them.

The worst ever customer service. I had not received my ticket and when I rang to find out about my e ticket the guy said it had been sent. And when I said which email address, he started shouting and said how many email addresses i had. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Horrible horrible horrible!
