I am extremely disappointed with the refund process from this travel agency. They are charging an exorbitant GBP 400 per person for cancellation and refuse to provide a detailed breakdown of this fee. When I inquired, they simply stated that it is an "applicable fee charged according to Qatar Airways fare rules and our commercial contract with them" without offering any further clarification. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to justify such a high charge is unacceptable. I would caution others to think twice before booking with this agency.

Bimanair that works apart of this company is a complete scam agency. If you want to book tickets to Bangladesh book straight with Biman Airlines and not with “Bimanair” agency. If you don’t want to get scammed and also you won’t get your refund back for cancelling a ticket with a valid reason.

Absolutely rip off. The owners Bhardwaj’s are indian immigrants sitting in uk east London and they have set up the customer service in india. They are ripping off innocent people. Once you do the booking or make the deposit you are completely trapped on the name if flexible ticket. Please do not take their service else will regret it.

Had a pathetic experience with this company. We booked our return ticket from London To Delhi last year, but as we were unable to travel due to Covid, it was converted to an open ticket. We did not receive any further details on our ticket, and now when we are trying to access our ticket, customer care people are shouting and refusing to help saying we have no access to your ticket. They are refusing to share any detail of our ticket with us or policy regarding cancellation charges, end date etc. What a horrible horrible service. It seems they are just waiting for customers to get into such situation where they need flexible travel options, and then trap them by giving nothing in return and usurp their hard earned money without ever sharing even a single proof of communication. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

A pathetic and lying company . The head of Legal department who apparently is the head of the company and owns even “tickets to india” company doesn’t know or understand what the difference between the flight was cancelled and the airline didn’t let customer board !!! How can such people even run a company or understand . They have withheld my money since 25th June 2022 and are trying to cheat me for over £1000 !!! They give me 5/6 hours notice and say accept our offer for settlement when they themself have not kept upto any deadlines .

Part of ticketoindia , Fraud and Scam , these people make you buy tickets for additional cost , get a full refund from airlines and say we can not get a refund back. Tell us to contact airlines and airlines tell us to contact them , going around like a ping pong ball.

Booked in Jan to travel in March from London to Delhi. Service whilst booking was ok, but went downhill significantly when covid-related restrictions hit in India. Phone calls would not be answered, promised callbacks not made and I was even charged for a new ticket when no ticket was issued. Exercised my right to make a chargeback claim on return to London, the company did not substantively engage in the process and I won the claim. They're now taking me to court for their own incompetence and seeking recovery of the settlement made in my favour. I'll be defending it robustly, as I've gone completely by the book and it is the company that has been the major let down.

Corresponding with Ali Haque via email has been horrific. Absolutely no customer service and so rude in communication. Why should customers who are paying a lot of money to this company have to deal with employees horrible attitudes.
