I have always used A&B for many years (more than 10). Mainly for airport transfers. Always polite, safe, on time, and i believe value for money. Their cars are always tidy, clean and have respectful & friendly drivers in my experience. Recently i used them also for a family member to travel to Yorkshire & return, (around 500mile round trip). Shout out to Tom the driver for making that trip a pleasant experience over such a long distance. 5*

I had a great experience with Taxi Driver 061. He was waiting to pick me up from the airport, and even though there was a slight delay due to baggage collection, he was patient and easy to find at arrivals. The ride was smooth, and we had a pleasant conversation along the way. Very professional and friendly — I would definitely recommend his service!

Had a great journey back home from Heathrow with Ozzy this evening.
Very patient & understanding whilst my baggage took an age to arrive.

Had a trip from Gatwick Airport back home with Ozzy. Exceptional customer service. Ensured that we were really taken care off and kept us updated the whole way with expected ETA. Paid a lot of attention to detail and ensured we had the chance to have a stop if we needed to use the toilet or anything else. Would highly recommend this service and Ozzy!

I recently used A&B for a transfer from DP World London Gateway to Heathrow Airport and wanted to express my sincere satisfaction with the service.
Our driver, Ozzy, was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the journey. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and Ozzy's friendly demeanor made the travel experience very pleasant. He clearly knows the routes well and ensured we arrived at Heathrow in good time and without any stress.
I highly recommend A&B and specifically commend Ozzy for his excellent service. I would definitely use this company again for future transfers.

Always ride with A&B, they've never let me down on my regular airport trips for work. Because I use them so often I know quitea few of the drivers now, they're all nice chaps. But the best is Ozzy, pretty sure he has a direct line to the prime minister as he always finds a way to make traffic disappear 💪🏽

I just had an amazing experience with my cab driver Ozzy, he was friendly and welcoming.
I appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. He even explained a negative situation to me about another driver helping me to understand and offered me a discount on that drivers behalf which I found really sweet. I would definitely recommend A&B taxi’s as there are drivers who are as sweet as Ozzy! 🙂
