Customers appreciate the clear and easy-to-understand train station layout, with train times displayed both in the lobby and announced by the PA system when trains approach. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, providing assistance regardless of the time or situation. The on-site shop offers a variety of items to keep customers prepared and energized throughout the day.

Overall, Pitsea Station appears to be a convenient and well-managed transportation hub.

The train station is clear & easy to understand. Train times are not only seen in the lobby via the entrance but also announced by the PA system when the trains are approaching. Staff are always friendly and are of great assistance regardless of time and situation. The shop has quite a few nice things to keep you ready and energetic throughout the day!

Pitsea train station is served by c2c trains the station car park is right outside along with a taxi rank. The ticket hall area is a average size which has toilets there are four platforms here and lifts are available to all platforms. The station was clean and there is staff available here.

Filthy

Dirty station throughout

No seating except on platforms

Tracks beginning to subside again causing trains to lean away from the platform edge, leaving a large gap

Ticket machines frequently out of order and absentee staff, who when they are there, either try to "help" you use a ticket machine, as though you never used one before every day for the last 15 years and just landed from Mars, or who are so slow they either gave up caring years ago or are waiting to be fired

Rude staff, no heating and a toilet so filthy and unprivate, messing yourself would be marginally cleaner.

The sole benefit of this station is the little shop, provided nobody else is in there at the same time though, as the isles are too narrow to permit two people

Close to multiple supermarkets within walking distance. C2C Station only a few minutes walk away. Easy transport options to London.

Needs better signposting for getting to different platforms. All the stairs got confusing trying to get from platform 1 to 4

06/03/24 around 8:40 I was Absolutely mortified watching the security guard haul abuse at a kid outside station using disgusting language about his mum, provoked the kid into a fight and then bashed him into the wall so hard I felt the building shake. What sort of employees do you hire? How does this man have a job, picking on kids and being so vile, horrible experience, and for other employees to just watch, this station needs some serious inspection, how do they get away with this?

Not the greatest station but not the worst. Toilets are behind the barriers and I believe are free that's a good thing. Platform signs are somewhat misleading, please make sure you read them carefully. There is a small kiosk at the station, but like most it's very expensive.
The staff here try to help out, but can be frustrating to deal with. Why are trains in Essex so expensive!!

Great station and awesome trains and train service apart from not well organised and lack of signs, no much staff, and lacks info on machines. Only two machines only one takes cash could be better and card machine failed it took 3 attemps to pay. Would save less queques and I couldn't pay on both machines and missed train. This has happened more than once. So the whole set up could be better. Staff not very helpful, guy at the desk had no people skills and just mumbled and pointed.
