Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive.
Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

I recommend Barrington & Co highly. The property I was selling was a small 500 year old thatched cottage which was a listed building. Consequently it had a niche market of buyers with all the difficulties associated with that. In addition I reside in NZ and so was not available to be on site.
Nigel and Tim were both marvellous to deal with. Nigel was the primary sales person I dealt with, and he was always helpful, kind and courteous. He responded promptly to all my enquiries, which were many as I was not familiar with the UK system. He had a real passion for what he was doing and a great affection for the cottage which I really appreciated. He went over and above many times taking on tasks which I should have done had I been in the country. I also had a property inquiry not related to the cottage which Tim handled for me, and he was excellent and incredibly helpful.

Nigel expertly helped us find the perfect purchaser for a remote farm house with 27 acres of land. Despite a generally sluggish market he created allot of interest and offers culminating in a winning asking price offer.
