I had a very positive experience with Coastline taxi service. After trying several taxi companies to no avail, I rang coastline and they booked me in straight away. I even received a text message when my driver was outside with the number plate details - which was handy as I had not been to the area before. I was greeted by a very friendly driver who was superb and made me feel very safe and welcome. The journey was very smooth, and the driver took us down the coastal road so I got a view of the beautiful Cornish scenery. The price I paid for the fare was exactly as quoted - so no surprises! All in all a great experience and would definitely use Coastline taxi again next time I’m in Cornwall.

I used the Taxis the week previous on a Saturday and the same trip in reverse cost £35. The app booking quoted the same £35 but the driver charged me £45.31, not happy. We were outside waiting on him before the app said he ‘d arrived, which he hadn’t & and no traffic congestion so no reason for additional charges!
I’ve since been contacted by the company and offered an apology & a refund which is appreciated and I’ll contribute them.

Awesome service in our hour of need back to Tregurrian (after bus driver dumped us in St Columb Major not wanting to head up to the airport and preferring to stop for a fag and fed me some story about a fallen tree). Super speedy arrival, lovely driver, will certainly call again. Many thanks guys⭐️🤘

Had great service from the few trips that I have booked with Coastline Travel. Drivers have been great and the office staff at the airport are fantastic.
I dropped my business card in one their cars and Danny in the office posted it back home for to ensure that I had it for returning for work. Go above and beyond serving their customers.
