Amazing experience we stayed at Constantine bay cottage and we had treyarnon bay on our doorstep and Constantine bay just 5 minutes with a lovely scenic walk down although this cottage was on the smaller side and did not have much space as next door Neptune we still had a lovely time Constantine bay cottage sleeps four and is in great condition and in a great spot

We stayed in The Trevose Suite which is on the upper floor of the Ocean Blue Apartments with a large balcony overlooking Treyarnon Bay. The location is excellent - only 30 seconds from the beach and with immediate access to fabulous walks along the South West Coastal Path, plus Trevose Golf Club is only 3 minutes drive away. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with many features that would normally be found in a hotel including bath robes, toiletries and lovely soft Indian cotton sheets. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed at The Doyden, Ocean Blue duplex apartment. ||||Great location, just off the lovely beach with free parking for one car. There is a little shop, a pub and pizza/fish and chip van that comes every couple of days. Just a 10 minute drive to Padstow or approx 25 mins to Newquay, makes this a perfect place to go off and explore all the lovely places Cornwall has to offer. ||||The apartment is really modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen in particular is great and well equipped, especially loved the Rangemaster oven. We’ve visited Cornwall many, many times and this accommodation is right up there with our favourites. The duplex aspect is nice. A few slopping roof’s but wasn’t really a problem, even for my 6’2” husband. There isn’t a sea view but there is a bit of countryside. There is currently building work at the back but in all honesty this didn’t disturb us at all. In fact the whole stay felt really peaceful and tranquil. ||||Great little find!

We stayed at 1 The Quires but the experience wasn’t nearly as good as the previous year. The kitchen was poorly equipped and part way through the holiday we had to ask for more equipment ( baking trays, plates, utensils & microwaveable dishes). The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, a small hanging rail but no drawers to store clothes like t shirts, shorts, or under ware .|Another bad planning of the apartment is if you want to have a meal out on the balcony you need to carry the food down a flight of stairs, through the master bedroom outside and up a another flight of stairs. There is another balcony off the lounge but only big enough for two to sit.|Other apartments are nicer than this one

For starters, this is in Treyarnon Bay, not St.Merryn. We have been coming here as a family for over 5 years but unfortunately we won't be returning again. ||The location is superb, can't be beaten ( 2 mins from the beach) but these are no longer luxury apartments as billed. ||We have stayed in many of the different apartments for our visits over the yeas but we were especially disappointed in The Bedruthan this year. The showers in both bathrooms are little more than a dribble, & the whole apartment is tired and worn. To make it worse, it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival so I spent our first night cleaning - not what you expect when you pay £2.5k for a week! ||There is building work going on beside the complex (for the second year in a row) so you have the noise of diggers & workmen constantly from early morning.

stayed in number 6. absolutely stunning ground floor apartment. we had two dogs with us and they had had a wonderful holiday. shop and chippy on site heaven on earth .beach stunning , sunset beautiful

Difficult to add much to the great comments that have already been made. Great property, stunning views thanks to the top location. Everything required in this lovely suite ‘Whitehouse’ ensured no matter what the lousy weather was doing we were always happy to be there.||Great local walks (13 mile coastal trek to Padstow - bus back to St Merryn) and a lovely gander to the ‘Pig’ is only 30 minutes through the golf course. ||Fish & chip van does a Saturday night pitch just outside with stone baked pizzas and the quality of all the food is excellent. The local shack/store outside run by Gary & Wendy has a wide choice of locally sourced provisions with the exception of alcohol but fresh pastries, breads etc. Local store in Constantine bay has good deli and wines. ||We shall certainly book again and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for cleanliness, comfort and quality finish.
