THE WORST COMPANY EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! booked for a trip to paris and the original bus they meant to send was broken so pick up was delayed 2 hours. the next coach which we were told was safe broke down on the ferry to calais and we were stuck in calais for almost 5 hours waiting for a replacement. over the next days of the trip we had french replacement coaches which were almost perfect and then once the original that took us to calais was repaired we had that again. however, the driver got in a crash and left us stranded in central paris and forced to take the metro as a group of 50 kids ! we later saw the coach crash again and the police had to get involved because the driver still showed up and wanted to drive us. we went through a total of eight coaches and two shuttle buses and had to stay an extra night in a disgusting hostel because of this company

Company seems to be under new management with lots of new ideas and trips arriving next year, knowledge of this gained by speaking to our drivers. Absolutely cracking day out in Bruge on 22nd December. Coach pickup on time. Coach driver friendly, coach very clean, comfortable and modern. Change of drivers just outside Dover and again both drivers we picked up were brilliant. Guiding us through passport control and onto the ferry. Knowledge of roads through France and into Belgium excellent. 5 free hours in Bruge which was enough as very busy at Christmas Market, drivers even said we could have their personal numbers in case we got lost. Lovely touches of mulled wine/orange juice and a mince pie on the way back. Same drivers took us all the way home. They said 3am drop off and it was 3.05am so couldn't grumble with that!!! Give this company a go and we as a family would highly recommend them. Thank you guys for a great day out and getting us there and back safe. We will see you again in the not too distant future!!!

Coach should have been checked before leaving depot, toilet not working, on the way up to Blackpool and on the way back. Banging and rattling in the air con, made a hideous racket, not good enough

See tickets coach to Glastonbury. 1st bus arrived in good time and was loaded and ready to depart as scheduled. John the second coach driver turned up late with the tickets. We departed over an hour late. Hit traffic. The coach driver had to keep stopping to “let the engine cool”. Coach not fit for purpose. We arrived at destination 11 hours after departure. Very poor. Hopefully seetickets don’t use again.

One star is generous to be honest. One driver was so rude; Kept making excuses about turning bus round while in resort; Driver got on the bus twice with lit cigarette - not great when bus is full of kids; Same driver was smoking in petrol station; Even with two drivers kept saying they needed 45 minute break; Stopped 3 times to change driver on hard shoulder of motorway - no emergency - Health and Safety issue - once due to driver falling asleep; No aircon on the bus as stopped working after 1 hour in journey to Italy; No prior planning for stops; Missed our ferry due to route; Poor comms from boss prior to trip - rude. AVOID IF YOU CAN - SHAMBLES.

A large coach with this company's name dumped once again on a blind corner in the ribblesdale estate. 300 yards ahead roadworks had restricted the access to Airedale to one lane, so thanks to this clown you had to hope and pray when emerging that no-one was heading your way. It's not a surprise this is the same company who caused a massive crash in the same area a few years ago, and shock horror for doing exactly the same thing. If this shows anything about their thoughts towards health and safety, I'd suggest people booking a ticket should firstly ensure their life insurance premiums are up to date, and secondly say goodbye to their loved ones prior to the journey. Never used them, never will, but based upon this I would avoid at all costs.

On alfa holiday, Exmouth 17th july We got one of your coaches, very smelly and dirty rubbish and dirty seats worst journeys and trips because of horrible smelly through the whole coach. Swat 31 broken too.
