From our arrival to departure the staff were kind, attentive, friendly and only pleased to help. The accommodation was basic but very clean and tidy and serviced everyday. The food was the best we have had at this type of holiday with 3 meals a day served in a designated restaurant with either waiter service or help yourself buffet. There were lots of activities for all of our party to do throughout the day and no long queues. Also included were drinks throughout were included in our booking. In the evening there was a different show each evening and were all of a very high standard. I have no hesitation in saying that Potter's is by far the best holiday destination for an all inclusive family holiday. Definitely 5 stars and worth it.

I was a guest at Potter’s Holiday Village last week and it was wonderful. The restaurant and the food was first class as was the accommodation and the entertainment. The staff were helpful and friendly and I can’t rate them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be booking next year.

Had a lovely Monday-Friday holiday at Potters. The food was lovely and entertainment was great. All the staff were very kind and helpful especially our waiter for the week Jude. Great range of activities for all ages. Short walk to the beach which is also lovely.

We have been Potters before with my parents, My dad sadly died on 19th November 24, and my mum passed away 11 days later.|It was always their wish that we went there as a family, so myself,son (23), my niece and her two children (4&2), and my aunt decided to go in memory of them |We had a fantastic time. The food was lovely entertainment, very good staff, brilliant |There were only a couple of observations that were minor and didn't distract from the great time we had.|1. Maybe lower sinks for the children to be able to wash their hands|2. Late snack something lighter, e.g., sausage rolls, etc, as we thought the late snack of chilli was too heavy, but like I say, it certainly didn't impact our break.|We made fantastic new memories, and I know my parents were looking down smiling |

Great Resort, this is our second mid-week break here. Both times we found the staff amazing and the food and drinks were great too.
Loads to do and on the second break we went with the family, two sons and three boys and they all enjoyed it very much and took part in all the activities. We stayed in the Hotel and the room on both occasions was excellent with loads of space and beautifully clean and well maintained with large bathroom. The communal areas were kept lovely and clean and the bar and restaurant service was quick and efficient.

Love my breaks here. Staff are amazing, they go that extra mile. Entertainment like the west end. So much delicious food and you don't need a penny once there. Go you'll never regret it!

Absolutely loved every minute we were there. This was my first time visiting Hopton-on-Sea and it won’t be our last. The staff are amazing 🥰 the food was great 🤩and the evening entertainment was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back xx
