This was the first time I had used this company which had come highly recommended but I will definitely use it in future.
The planning of the two airport journeys and timings were carried out very efficiently by Mark.

On Saturday 18th May me and 15 other friends used this company to travel to Wembley for the League One playoff final.

On the journey down the driver pulled over four times each time worried about the tyres. We were eventually re routed via High Wycombe to get two tyres changed and what we saw was grotesque. The state of the tyres were shocking, illegal and highly dangerous. (As shown below in the pictures)
Pre trip checks clearly hadn’t been done.

We set off at 8:10 am and didn’t get to Wembley until 03:30pm.

The company also charged for two drivers at £750. (£150.00 more than one driver) and the driver ended up doing the full journey himself. All 16 hours of it.

I’ve tried to avoid this by sending two emails but unfortunately Happy bus Hire aren’t happy to cooperate.

The comments from the owner below are an absolute farce. Attached are emails to the company that never received a reply. If the owner wants to lie about it being subcontracted I’ll post the text messages as well that show nothing of the sort. Is that what you want Stephen?

From the moment I booked the minibus for airport pick up & drop off communication was really good. Multiple pickups for early hours in the morning for a group of ladies was no problem. They arrived when they said they would & the driver on pick up contacted me in advance with all the details & was waiting for us right outside the Terminal.

Excellent service. We were a group of 16 (including two under 3 yrs old with car seats, and lots of luggage).
Our driver was brilliant, very friendly, and was even prepared for the two under 3's not loving their journey to the airport (they loved the music he had to hand for this exact situation).
Great communication before our holiday, and for the return journey.
Would definitely use Happy Bus Hire again, and recommend to anyone needing transport for big (and small) groups.
