Friendly service, nice guy and good driver. Booked short notice to pick me up from The Meg to go to Leek. Arrived on time and a good chat on the way over. Charged me less than the taxi service in Leek to go to Biddulph. Definitely use again.

Ian was waiting for me upon my arrival so he was better than on time. He was friendly and professional and an overall nice man. The bad reviews are a tad harsh.. ignore them and use your local taxi service!! Thanks for the lift Ian. Stay safe ?

The only plus side was the taxi came quite quickly, but I suppose that's because there's no other business. Extremely rude and over-charged to go Kidsgrove, when you can go to Hanley for £11 roughly.
He also threatened to show up to my house and 'sort it out' over a couple of quid.

Don't waste your time.

I rang the taxi service before 8pm, desperately needing to get back home witch is roughly about 10 mile from Biddulph. It took them ages to answer the phone, I thought it was just gonna cut off or send me to voicemail. Once they do pick up the phone, I very politely asked for a taxi whoever was on the phone very rudely replied with "haven't got any" then hung up on me!
My boyfriend told me that they are a one man taxi service with only one taxi who is nothing but a drunk (whoever answered the phone sounded it to) . Our friend who used them to get from Biddulph to Newcastle was charged £30!
Take my advice DO NOT RING YOU'RE BUTTER OFF WALKING HOME!

I use this taxi service regularly, very friendly always on time, will go the extra mile for you, took me and my daughter to Tunstall for her vaccine and waited for her at no extra cost, very lovely guy and all was have good chat, recommended highly.
