Dire experience. I was stranded with my wife and our two infants after breaking down and this company was the only one I could find who said they would pick them up with room for the children's car seats. Said they'd be with us in 20-25 minutes. One hour later I get a call from the driver but he had gone to the wrong place. He said he'd be with me at the correct location in a further 20 minutes. 35 minutes later I called them several times but they would not pick up the phone, and they never turned up. Unbelievable to leave me stranded in the cold when they knew I had two very young children with me. Thank God a kind stranger offered my wife and children a lift while I waited for the AA. Emerald/Octavia should be ashamed of themselves.
