Been using this company ever since I moved to Rhyl as it’s easy to book and the availability is usually good but today was the 4th time my taxi turned up significantly late. My journeys are mostly to the train station and I’m always sure to schedule my ride for half an hour in advance of my train departure despite it only being a 10 minute journey and I’m still always left cutting it fine. Today they were 25 minutes late and we have missed our train. This has disrupted our entire day of travel and there is never an apology or acknowledgment from the driver. They don’t actually seem to know what time they’re even booked for. Given them enough chances, I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have used this company for a while,
but tonight was the final straw!
Never on time.
Overpriced.
Often just don't turn up.
Moaning drivers about work- (apparently Overworked and underpaid), Other drivers, other Clients, The boss!!
Rude/short tempered call handlers.
Regularly forget to book you in then blame the drivers.
Liars.
Unprofessional & unreliable.
Didn't have the opportunity to leave no stars otherwise I would.
Save yourself stress, worry, money and use Rhyl cabs, Coastal cabs. A&J cabs or any other taxi company.

I have used these a few times and they weren't not too bad. No issues with the "drivers". Once the were a bit late but, over the weekend, family needed to get to the train station. I booked a few hours in advance but had to keep ringing as they were late and no notifications received. It also took quite a few minutes to get through. In the end they had to walk as couldn't risk missing their train. I eas assured on my 2nd time ringing them, the handler assured me they would get us there! When I rang to cancel, the handler said "okay, no worries". No apology. It is not the drivers fault but I will only use them again if I absolutely have to.

Great service. Very friendly service when I called and booked. Driver arrived on time, really nice fella and vehicle was perfectly clean and rates were extremely reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Booked yesterday, I don’t use taxi’s very often but service was very prompt and Jason the driver was so polite and patient.
Loved the fact that I got a text with car make etc and drivers name. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you

Just want to thank busy bees taxi service. I needed a taxi for early morning well before 5am and was the only taxi company who could do this. Arrived before time my driver was kirsty who was lovely chatty and made sure I was OK. Very reliable and great price also got picked up later that day. Highly recommend and txt msg to say wen they will artove the car and reg and driver

Only company in area who could supply a 5 seater. Good prices. More reliable and cheaper than train or bus
Taxi was spotless. Jon the driver was top bloke. Very knowledgeable about area
