Travel Lite are a very professional team.
We have just completed the West Highland Way.
Our bags were dropped off and picked up on time every day. We had multiple drops and our bags were there securely / safely stored for us to pick up. Not a single issue

Excellent experience with Travel Lite during our hike of the West Highland Way! Our luggage was safely transported without issue throughout. The two things that really stood out about them and made me want to write this review, however, were: 1. their excellent, swift communication and 2. their flexibility - we changed tack with our destination a few times and asked at the last minute for our bags to be dropped off at a farther location, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

First time using a baggage transfer and I was really happy with the service that I received from Travel Lite. Prompt responses to email queries and their website was easy to use to make the booking. The costs were also reasonable for a solo walker and it was also easy to contact the company to change my plans. Will definitely use them again if I return to walk the WHW again.

We arrived at our final destination and our experience with Travel Lite was awesome. We weren't the easiest customers. Due to the rain we rebooked a lot but this was no problem for them. We even had our bags delivered at a camp site that was flooded, made a last minute reservation in an inn and they came pick them up over there in the morning. When you call they answer the phone and emails are replied swiftly. 100% recommended.
