I ordered online. The boots I ordered didn't fit and I called the store to see if the size was available. The gentleman advised me it was only available online and the easiest thing to do would be to order another pair online and return the ones that don't fit to there shop (40 minute drive away), so that I could receive the refund quicker. I get to shop and they tell me they can't process refund in store. That's fine. Mistakes happen. But they were very unapologetic about the misinformation and quite rude. Barring manager who was very polite. Would not recommend.

Like an Aladdin's cave with wonderful things to find in every corner. The store is separated nicely into categories (tents, biking, fishing, camping, clothing etc). The only issue with this is that some of the sections feeling a little squashed in. For example they had loads of great looking bikes but they were properly wedged in together so you couldn't really get a great look at them.

The staff were helpful but not at all pushy and there is a sizable customer car park.

I've been a member for years.

Had amazing experience with incredibly helpful staff and the choice and price range is second to none.

My recent emergency visit to Norwich store was great as I knew it would be.

all the staff are great apart from the manager, i was being helped with a puncture i needed fixed urgently to get home. me and the cycle staff had it done 4 minutes after closing time. the workers were all very happy and kind to help me but the manager was so upset that i wasted a whole 2 of his minutes

Staff is friendly. No one was rushed. The only thing that was a little concerning was as soon as I picked up a product the alarm tag kept going off and it sounded like other clothing was doing it also. Everywhere was tidy.

Always a pleasure visiting here as there is so much variety and all at decent prices too.
The staff are very helpful and from all the ones I have chatted to they have a wealth of outdoors experience, so well positioned to advise you on bits you may be looking for.
It's also good that it's a dog friendly shop so the smallest member of the family can come in too if you are just popping by.
Loads of free parking and other handy shops nearby too.

Newly opened store, loads of options, lots of discounts. one stop shop for all your needs of going outdoors for adventure. Very impressed.

Excellent store, friendly staff, always check online whilst you're in store as if it's a U.K. competitor they will match and beat by 10%. Loads of stuff. Climbing equipment is my main reason to visit.
Although recently their bikes have become surprisingly usable offroad considering they aren't a dedicated bike store. (Halfords doesn't count.)
