Our favourite Broads hire company. They are at the higher end of the market and have a price point to match but at find the experience is friendly, the boats clean, tidy and well appointed. They offer help and advice where possible and have a relaxed handover method. We’ve had a great experience with them over multiple holidays.

Very professional service, having used most of the boatyards on the broads, we liked the staff set-up, safety and briefings and the packs of information as well as the goody bag. I would especially recommend for first timers. You can park your car near to the boat hired for loading unloading.

Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on board the Queen of the Broads to visit the area and learn about the Broads.

Our captain was knowledgeable and shared sightings of an otter, kingfisher and other local water birds of the area. There's bar service available downstairs, too. A nice visit!

Stayed in a few of their cottages over the years. Always impeccably clean, lovely furniture and this year we've seen a makeover to cottage 1, with a new kitchen, new soft furnishings, new bedroom furniture and wood flooring now throughout the downstairs. On my first visit I commented that a cupboard with sharp knives in was not ideal with our inquisitive toddler about! We moved the knives then so it wasn't really an issue, but in the makeover the kitchen now sports a drawer unit. Absolutely wonderful cottages, in the heart of wroxham and with the Broads tours arm of the company at the end of the row of cottages adding some boating to your holiday cannot be easier!

Boat not clean and hadn't been emptied of waste from previous people.
Very uncomfortable seating on deck and down stairs.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.
Engine so noisy you couldn't sit down below deck when running.
Dog hairs on steps and cushions.
Very disappointed and WONT be booking again.
